You give us your budget and vision and we make it happen. We will curate a design, help choose every vendor, and steer you in the right direction throughout the entire planning process. All you have to do is make the final decisions. We curate the client experience based on your personality, desire, and time available to plan!

 

Curious about budget? With our current pricing and planning structure, most of our clients have a budget of around $80,000-$150,000 depending on venue, guest count, time of year, and final decisions.

Before the Wedding:

  • Initial consultation to define your vision

  • Access to customized Aisle Planner Client Portal

  • Unlimited number of meetings, emails, texts and phone calls

  • Creation and management of budget

  • Assist with venue search and make recommendations

  • Provide Wedding Timeline and Payment Calendar

  • Wedding Design: Create vision, schedule mockup of
    tabletop with pertinent vendors, coordinate all
    details, and execute final wedding look

  • Gather proposals, review contracts, lead negotiations
    and communications, and attend meetings for all
    wedding vendors

  • Guest Management: R.S.V.P. tracking, coordination of
    transportation, and arranging hotel blocks as needed

  • Coordinate and confirm all vendor details including
    deliveries, pick-ups, requested items

  • Schedule and attend final site walk-through with
    vendors and location manager

  • Create a custom Day-of Wedding timeline

  • Customized rain plan and floor plan

  • Organize and lead the wedding rehearsal

  • Assist in Rehearsal Dinner Planning

  • Provide all vendors with Day-of Wedding timeline,
    diagrams, important venue information, and vendor
    contact information

The Wedding Day:

​

  • On-site coordination including preparation, operations, and strike

  • Set-up of ceremony and reception decor

  • Coordinate all vendors, manage payments and
    gratuities

  • Ensure the needs of bridal party, family and
    guests are met

  • Oversee ceremony and reception, prompting
    all parties for timing

  • Assist with any last minute on-site issues

  • Oversee the closeout of the location
