Carolina Occasions was officially launched in August of 2017. Heather, owner, always knew she wanted to be an event planner and after one wedding, she was hooked! As a company, they believe that marriage is the most beautiful commitment two people can make and it is something worth celebrating and celebrating well. 

 

Heather is the owner and lead planner. She loves Jesus, champagne, and indoor cycling. Charleston and Boone are her two favorite places in the world. She graduated from Appalachian State in 2015 with a degree in Communication Studies- specifically focusing on events. She loves all things southern - especially fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese. Heather is the proud dog mama of her boykin spaniel, Maggie! 

 

Haley is our associate planner. She is a University of Kentucky graduate and Nashville transplant. She is a proud cat momma! Haley's favorite part about Charleston is the unbelievable views- she is a sucker for a good beach book and exploring Charleston. Her favorite restaurant in Charleston is Lewis BBQ and loves a frozen gin + tonic from Leon's Oyster Shed.

We have many day-of assistants, but you'll likely see Chelsea every week! She is a West Virginia University graduate who moved to South Carolina last year! She has an adorable, giant dog named Olive and cat named Carl! She loves the Spanish moss and natural beauty of Charleston. You can find her at, a team favorite, Holy City Brewing or Pearlz Oyster Bar!
